Tshiamo Seboko has over 30 years’ experience in the pension industry, twenty years of those being at management level. She has Diploma in bookkeeping and accounts from Damelin Institute. Tshiamo also holds COP and an Intermediate Certificate in Retirement Funds II from the Insurance Institute of South Africa. She is currently pursuing Bachelor in Business Administration with Mancosa University.

Prior to joining Fair heads, Tshiamo Seboko was employed by Alexander Forbes Financial Services in the Pension Administration Division as Head of Department. Tshiamo also worked at BIFM which had subsequently sold its Employee Benefits business to Glenrand MIB, South African based Company. She was employed as Administration Manager whereby her responsibilities included overall management of Administration team to ensure service level agreements are met within agreed time, training and developing staff to the required level of competency, motivating staff through goal settings and liaising with internal departments and external clients. She is currently regarded as one of the most experienced Pension Administration in Botswana Market.

Tshiamo’s main responsibility is to ensure that data management, contributions management and benefits processing and reporting are diligently executed.
